Agent Services - Let us handle the communications back and forth with your desired Certification Agency.
Retainer Services (Monthly) - Covers both agent and a la carte services with a maximum number of hours weekly, suitable for short-term project work. Additional time, including any overtime, shall be billed separately.
Construction Review - We'll review your product's construction details and provide a report that calls out any non-compliant parts, the anticipated test requirements, and any strategies that will streamline your project.
Gap Analysis - Already have a Listed or Certified product in another country and need to gain certification for the US market? Our Gap Analysis service will help you use your current certifications to avoid costly redesigns as much as possible.
Document Review - Review of any and all compliance-related documents, includes drafting services.
File Review Preparation - Received a UL IFR notice, or Intertek Status Update Notice? We'll help you prepare for the new compliance requirements and avoid being de-listed.
Witness Testing Services - For when you need assistance in identifying labs that can perform the tests you require, or just need a compliance-minded individual on-site to make sure the tests are being performed properly. (Note: This service does not include labor/setup of your equipment, travel expenses are billed separately).
Standards Training - For when you need a rundown of what a particular standard requires. We will provide you with a remote presentation highlighting the standard requirements, as well as ample time for Q&A throughout.
